There are many reasons that our services are superior to our competitors. Our guiding principle is to concentrate our efforts first on effectiveness, perfecting these solutions. These concepts are then fine-tuned and the implementation tactics are then refined to create optimum efficiency. This differs from the efforts of many consultants that often bring too narrow a viewpoint and then get too focused on the efficiency of tactics instead of starting at a higher level and addressing the effectiveness of the overall business operation. In our view, it’s much easier to deliver cost savings and business improvements through an ideal solution than it is to improve a less effective one. Create self-funding projects: We strive to provide a measurable benefit to our customer. If possible we will structure the project so that it will pay for itself as it progresses. In all consulting assignments, an overriding priority is to provide the client with high value – a rapid return on their investment in our services. With most of our projects, we typically exceed a 500% rate of annual return and we often meet up to a 1500% annual return on consulting services.
Approach every project solution with an open mind: A hammer views every problem as a nail. We endeavor to not be single-minded in our approach. We apply a broad-based, cross-functional approach to problem solving. We use sound business principles and apply the latest business and operational concepts only as the business’ needs demand it not necessarily because it is the latest “state-of-the-art” business solution. Our approach is to have our consulting solution fit the problem rather than try to have the implemented actions fit around a pre-determined resolution.
